The most inconsiderate, bunch of sales reps I have ever encountered. With all my years with VERIZON 22 years the Grerneville. TENNESSEE. STORE IS BY FAR THE WORST WHEN BOTH MEN REALIZED I WAS A PREPAY CUSTOMER. AND I WAS GOING TO BUY ANYTHING JUST NEED A LITTLE HELP MY PHONE HAD BEEN HACK THEY ACTED AS IF I WAS BOTHERING THEM AND I HAD A BRAND NEW PHONE NEVER OPEN AND THEY CHARGED ME 12$ for a card
