Great place. Great stuff and healthy stuff for our little fur baby. Like deer antlers , duck feet, grain free food. Everyone's very nice
I have always had a pleasent experience when I have been there. I take my kane with me and the staff always acknowledge him . There has never been anything negative about or with my visits. I am going to make a grooming appointment today for my Kane and I know he will be taken care of and He will look great when they are done with him. I will write another review about grooming when its done but i have faith he will be done right. The staff has been wonderful with him.
Very small store, already overpriced and then they hit you up for donations at the check out...I won't be back.
Went to check out today and the cashier started out as unfriendly towards me and my boyfriend. He told her 3 times he had a quarter to add to the cash we were paying with so we wouldn't get back so much change, she totally ignored him. So when she went to give us the change back he told her yet again, acting all inconvenienced she went back to the register. She put all the money back in the drawer then started digging it out again like she was all confused. He said the change should be 6.03 in a calm voice. She dug out 6.03 out of the drawer, slammed it shut and then tossed the money at his hand. WTH! Rude!Rude!Rude! .....still debating about reporting the incident to upper management. Not happy!
Great! But I'm looking for a ferret no reptile or cat. They need different species of animals.
