The owner made me wait for him to get back with food then declined all my games after his employee told me he could do 40 in trade! For Mario games mind you! I also looked inside of a Super Nintendo and found cockroaches if you cared about people and business you would check for these things and have them cleaned!. Avoid this place at all cost! Very poor business! And disgusting!
I have been a Customer for more then five years of the owner. I was lowballed on cash offers. I was recently kicked out of the shop for voicing a opinion I didn't say anything negative or offensive. If you value you trade in items or for sale item take them somewhere else the owner buys your stuff real cheap and makes almost more then triple the profit. You practically only get 10-15% OF WWHAT YOUR SELLING. I ALWAYS DO MY RESEARCH Before I decide to sell a item! For example I had I 12 dollar item I was selling he said it wasn't and it was 4 dollars again I did my research and he was wrong I went to another shop and got what it was worth. Stay away from this rip off of a place!!!!!
On the note of cockroaches in the Nintendo; it happens a lot more then most people expect. If a house is infested then video game consoles are dark warm confined spaces that make great homes. I mean do you honestly expect the guy to disassemble every single console every time he wants to buy one from a person?

The other review got made that the guy wouldn't buy his games. Well just because a random employee thinks they would be worth store credit, that doesn't mean that the owner agrees. Many games are not worth the trouble to attempt to resell. Also do you expect the owner to just drop everything and not buy his lunch to come back and see if a few games are worth trading in? I think not, people need to eat, and it's not like the guy wanted to buy a bunch of stuff and haggle on price. I have often sold games at this store and gotten way more then GameStop offered me.

He has also been extremely fair on buying and selling prices for everything I have ever bought. I am actually getting ready to go there today to buy some different video games.
