Today was .my first visit, the bacon cheeseburger was huge and had all of my favorite toppings!
I ordered a popcorn chicken combo for myself and a chicken kids meal for my 2 year old. I told them I wanted honey mustard and they brought me 1. I asked for a second one and they stated it would be 0.85 for each additional. I asked why I only got one if I got 2 chicken combos and they said the sauce only came with the adult meal. I told them it's ridiculous I have to pay for honey mustard for my child to have dipping sauce and they didn't care at all. I just left and gave her my sauce. I worked at sonic 3 years and we NEVER did that to a customer. Terrible customer service.

Love that l can purchase breakfast all day. Fast service, kind car hopps..I would suggest the company set up the pay with card to allow customers the option to tip. I always make a point to have cash when I pick-up for family at the local sonic
Use to go here at least once a week. But then I started waiting 20/30 minutes for my drinks... So I've stopped. The staff sucks! Always have attitudes. The manager Whitney has also had an attitude everytime I've seen her. Most the time they are just sitting against the wall and not doing anything. Last time I got my drink is was gross, the whipped cream wasn't even touching the lid. My drink (milkshake) was very watery. But I guess it would be if I waited 20 minutes for it...
I thought Sonic was like McDonald's....no way...after tasting the food and looking over the menu...this is far better, and has so much more to offer. They specialize in concretes, shakes, blasts and waffle .cone sundaes.
I just moved into the area and was delighted to find a sonic!
Good food fast. Friendly service. No jalapeno poppers was kind of a bummer though
