We ate here yesterday night and order the whiskey bacon burger and the clubhouse grille. Needless to say the wait staff was horrible and tried insisting that they gave us the correct order when in fact what they laid on our table wasn't even close to what we order. Well my wife got food poisoning from her burger and instead of bringing my wife her correct drink they decided out of convenience they would pour sweet tea into her half filled glass and never brought a refill to our table. Also when we ordered the appetizer our food came out first and we were already eating when they brought it out. Will never go back to this location ever again.
Ordered a ton of food just to throw it in the trash every restaurant has their bad days but this place is just terrible everytime. Tried to see if things get better but honestly it's worse every time. Should have just stayed home and ate cereal because that's what we ended up doing anyway, and believe me Reeses puffs tasted way better!!
Its a great place to eat u. the food is delicious there it always cooked peefectly. The seevice is absolutely great. In my opinion u should go there i love that place and i bet u will to.
Wasted $50 on food that we threw over half of in the trash. Would much rather have went to McDonald's hell 2 days ago spent $30 at publix for steak salad and lobster for my family! The worst part was the soggy shrimp that left a coat of oil in my mouth. Would so rather drive 45 min to chilies to save hassle and not waste my money.
This is going to sound like one of those hateful attack reviews, but let it not be said that I didn't give them every chance to be better. I have been there many times (as it is one of the only after-nine-PM dining options in Greeneville) and almost unilaterally the following things have been true: It takes forever to place a drink order. It takes forever to get that drink. It takes forever to place a food order, and as you can imagine, another forever after that to get it. The food is fine, but I'm not being hyperbolic when I tell you that one night my friends and I were there for THREE HOURS before we finally got to eat. I dunno what they're doing in that kitchen, but whatever it is, it ain't cookin'. To make a long story short: not recommended. Cook Out isn't the same genre of food, but at least they let you order it and eat it within your natural lifetime.
