Friendly service, always clean, great food (the chicken basket is my favorite), and yummy treats (who doesn't love a Blizzard?).
I personally love DQ because of there awesome buzzards and chicken finger baskets. The food is always made fresh and they bring it to the table once it's ready. The employee are typically polite and friendly and I've never really had a bad experience here.

Poor training provided to it's employees. Politely inquired (June 21, 2017) to an employee why such the long wait (15 min. wait time) in drive-through. I was second in line. The car ahead of me ordered a large and one medium size choc-van cone of soft serve. My order was one large size vanilla cone. Inside the restaurant, maybe, there were three customers. The drive through cashier ignored my inquiry, even after making a second request for an answer, she ignored me. Handed my change and cone of cream. Yet, never apologized for the wait, nor thanked me for the purchase.
The staff could definitely work on their efficiency and manners, wifi is mediocre. As on the bright side food product was prepared and taste more then decent and so was ice cream. If u want DQ in Greeneville this is ur only option sooooo lol this or drive to JC or Baileyton i guess.
