If I could possibly give them less than a one I would. After 2 1/2 hours of waiting for someone to show up they finally call and say that can't make it.
Mr. Hood was so friendly. He gave us a ride home, and on the way we chatted about how the chains kept our vehicle secure, what might be wrong with our van, and we even heard about how proud he is of his family! He was a super nice guy.
I hope these guys are the ones that come anytime I need roadside assistance. I have been horrible to lock my keys in my car and every wrecker service that came out before took over an hour to get to me and took at least an hour to get in my car. These guys got there in under 30 mins and got the keys out in less than 5 mins. I highly recommend them. I was amazingly satisfied with Lynn Malone Wrecker! I will always ask my insurance company to send them from now on.

You driver was kind and courteous, kept me updated on the move of our RV to it's new location and did all he could to get the job done, as promised.
