Name of Company is FORWARD AIR..... but they do no Airfreight, and sell their service to airline carriers for airfreight shipments as a provider. FRAUD at best!
I had an issue with one of your drivers on nov 30th at 6:20 pm..While sitting at the toll booth on the pa turnpike..Your driver decided he no longer wanted to wait in line and proceeded in reverse with no regard to anyone behind him..I sat there there laying on my horn,bracing for impact and he just kept coming.For the life of me i dont know how he didnt hit me.He then proceeded forward up over the curb,almost wiping out the toll booth,just to get in the other lane..Something needs done before he hurts someone...I really dont want to plaster his license plate number all over the internet but i think your drivers need retrained..
