The only reason I am giving one star is because this is as low as I can go on this website. We have had nothing but trouble out of the unit installed by Partons. We finally got tired of paying them a maintenance fee each time our unit went out, so we used a different HVAC guy. Partons refused to honor our warranty because we found a more qualified person to fix the problem. Crooks, would not recommend this company or their services to anyone. Find an honest company to deal with and save yourself a lot of maintenance fees. Find someone that will honor your warranty regardless of who you choose to work on your unit , Do not let them register your unit in their name, they will rip you off. Take it from somebody that has dealt with them. CROOKS.
At the end of June 2016 sold me an A/C Condenser that started leaking 410A gas in less than 2 months. Ended up having to bring in another, reputable, company to fix the new unit. This company does not stand behind their work and tries to make excuses like "it could have been a lightning strike." There was no lightening strike. Of course the owner would not come to look at the unit or try to determine the problem. The co-owner, who is not qualified but said she is, tried to make other excuses and "diagnose" over the phone with no true knowledge or ability to make an assessment. The new A/C Condenser sold to me at a higher than normal price was faulty and had a leak. I will not use this company again and do not recommend. I made a mistake relying on this company. A year later 7/17 and the A/C condenser sold to me is having all kinds of problems. Now a switch is bad on this "new" condenser. The owner told me that this the only unit that would work with my system. Another reputable company said that absolutely was not true. I could have had a whole new system for what I paid this contractor. Avoid this company. Use a more reputable firm. The owner of this company also insulted my father who died in 2011. This is not the kind of people you want to deal with.
