I felt like I was over charged for service rendered because I had a home warranty and the service man said to me he would come and do the other service on my second ac unit if I called him directly and did not go through my home warranty. also he stated I had a 1 year warranty on the service he preformed but when the problem came back 2 months later and I called him he said " let me get to the office and look up the account and I will call you back tomorrow". I called his office back 2 weeks later and left a message for him again. a month and a half later I still haven't herd from him.
