Great folks here. Very helpful and patient with us as we looked through virtually every carpet they had available. We ordered and had them install carpet in two bedrooms and are very pleased with the quality of work.

They done some work for my family and put down some tile in kitchen and laundry room. Within a 2 weeks of having it, it started to bubble up underneath and come up off the floor. It created a huge air pocket! We called them and they assured us they would be down to fix it. 3 months later and many, many, MANY phone calls later ---still no one has showed up to fix it. Talking to the manager didn't matter either. We didn't pay good money to have this kind of work and service. I suggest taking your business somewhere else. No customer service what so ever.
