The young man running the register did an excellent job with my special order, I'm always changing stuff like no shredded chicken just grilled. He was patient and kind. The order was correct, the store and staff clean and dressed appropriately. There's even a bar to sit at to plug in a usb cord, such a very helpful feature for customers.
Just missed a 5 from me. Portions aren't very good for the amount spent. However, really great customer service. I'll be happy to return because of the friendliness of the staff.
I really hate to give bad reviews! I really do! My family and I love Taco Bell but this location has the absolute worse service ever. We were so happy to be getting a Taco Bell on our side of town but every since they have opened ,they have been super slow and not very apologetic about it. The workers are rude and get mad if you ask for anything. We are better off driving across town to eat at the other location.
First and only time there I walked in and saw an employee spitting in the trash can in the lobby. The lady taking my order was friendly but seemed unsure how to use the register. When I asked another woman for a bag she looked at me like I asked for her right arm, she didn’t say a word and acted like I was bothering her. Food was pretty good. But more than likely won’t go back to this location.
