I would give zero stars if I could. After a horrid experience at Pizza Hut, my family and I decided to frequent our usual pizzeria (Little Caesars). They close at 11pm. We got there at 9:30pm. My dad gathered our orders and walked up to the door. An employee locked it right in his face. No explanation. Nothing. There was apparently a party and I saw alcohol and teenagers in the building.Clearly this establishment doesn't deserve our business. We went around to the drive thru to get corporate's number only to find they had parked an empty car at the window.
They're pretty good about making right. Only had a problem once. Besides that I'd recommend them.
I am so sick of the inconsistency of Little Caesar’s. I have to ask for light sauce because of the extreme amount that it sometimes comes with. They just don’t comprehend “light sauce”. It’s either, way too much so that it oozes out when you hold your pizza OR you get absolutely no sauce at all. We’ve spoken to the manager about the issue, she does not care. I suppose that’s what happens when teenagers are running the place. There are way too many pizza places to waste anymore time or money here!
Done with Little Caesars. I'll take my business elsewhere.
They do a really good job. It has to be frantic working in there, keeping all those "Hot and Ready" items stocked. The two times I have had to wait, they would throw in something extra
Ordered a "extra most bestest" pizza and it came without any sauce on it! I called management and they were very friendly and offered to get me a fresh one next time I was in. They messed up a pizza but fixed it for me. I appreciate that.
