This is not a very good facility. They have mediocre doctors at best. They are not patient centered at all.
ER staff very nice
The place was horrible! I will never take any of my kids there again. Dr didnt listen to me had was wait 5 hours at 2am for them to tell me what there was nothing wrong but there was. I didnt get a room with a bed we got chairs with 4 other people there with there kids screaming when mine was trying to sleep. Then they messed up billing my insurance and noe trying to bill me. They didnt seem to care about my child or anyone else in the hospital. I will never return there. And i will never call tje billing dept again because they are lazy and wont call my insurance and when my insurance calls them they dont want to talk to them. Horribly worthless hospital.
Granted we're a small town and this isn't Vanderbilt hospital, but for our town this is a very nice hospital. I especially like how they keep their grounds in great shape so it's always pleasant to look at. Love the walking trail! Laughlin is also regularly involved in giving back to the community.
Had a lis franc fracture & tore ligaments completely off my ankle they told me I had a sprain & it would be healed in 3 weeks well I got a 2nd opinion from somebody who cares & found out what was really wrong & it's been over 5 months & I'm gonna need surgery & they charged me almost $200 to put an ace bandage on my ankle.I got my discharge papers from Laughlin & the nurse said on my paper work that I had minimal pain after I told her my pain was a 10 if you've ever had a lis franc fracture you know that the pain is not minimal.I'll never return to this sh#! Hole & good luck to any one that does decide to go here.
