i for one like the setup and customer service. but what I didn't like was the smart mouth credit manager at farmers. his name was corey. i wish the woman would of been able to help me cuz she seemed nice and greetible. but every time I asked corey something it's like he talked down to me.
It's ok. As it's not been open too long, maybe their service will improve with time.
Lies about interest rates, will sneak insurances and additional services on your contract without your permission. Sneaky. Rude management.
The people at farmer's Home Furniture were very nice, answering questions, and helping us make a decision, and they had a fairly nice selection. I did not make a decision, and they didn't try too hard sell me. That was great! I hope to give them business in the future.
Store looked great, organized and well maintained. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing a living room suit for an unbelievable price. Highly recommended!
