Manager was rude this place is a joke corporate is investigating them...
This place is horrible. They rent out old used stuff at new prices and the new stuff at even higher than what it should be. And don't get me started on if you are a day or two late they call and bug you. And also with in those days they call and say there reposing there stuff that day. Very discasfied. Once all is paid for never renting from this place again.
They don't stand by your warranty and the manager is rude.
Prices are to high. Some of the staff is friendly but manager is not. Bought a laptop through online lease agreement. Realized that we don't use enough and returned it per instructions of staff member. Manager gets huffy about returning stating you rent it with the intention to own it and he wants to collect half months payment on it before I return it. Now said manager won't take it off our account until we pay half payment. Even their website says that ownership is optional, hence "renting" with option to own. Once our furniture is paid off we will never do service with Aaron's again.
