Guys outside are fabulous...pleasant and easy to work with. The woman inside, obviously a family member, is a complete witch. She totally igonres you if you are sitting inside waiting. So rude. I actually killed her with kindness the entire time I waited just to get on her bad side because she had been so dismissive.
Went and got brakes changed today they were very friendly and I love the office remodel they did. The prices are very reasonable. I will definitely go back in the future..
Not so good. Tire pressure is never right when I leave. All the tires read differently. They never wash the blue stuff off the tires. I would never get anything done here, but new tires. They don't seem to know much about balancing, etc.
We have been dealing with Porter Tires for years. The prices on the tires and their ability to get you in quick is great. Love the warranty plan works really well. I have pulled in with no notice and been on my way in 15 minutes. Make sure they are an authorized dealer of the tires they sell you, that has bitten us once. That's the good stuff.
