TJ was quick to listen my concerns, and had a good handel on what needed to be done right from the word go. My 5th wheel latch was adjusted, my front right got break shoes and my left rear drive got seals and break shoes. Quick and diligent workers the lot of them. I was quite impressed. TJ came to my rescue at the SB I-81 chicken coop last night. Ol smokey got me backed up in a corner an wouldn't let me go. Took about an hour an a half to get there once I called and spoke with their answering service(Thanks Dean!). TJ shook my hand and looked me in the eye when he arrived, and went right to work, in the rain. All with a smile and good attitude. Scott and Steve showed up later with some parts needed to complete the job and helped out too. They all seemed to be good natured folks!

I have a 2001RV on my way to Bean Station, Tennessee from Chicago to visit my sister I needed repair called ahead to some repair shop and was refer to crick enterprise. I talked to Ryan got me in. Here from Tuesday to Saturday after noon. Just to diagnose why our IXS was shutting down.3rd day they said turbo, over $7,000 later new turbo...4th day after changing low water sensor made it 113 miles. $800 towing bill to get back Saturday night...Had to wait til Monday 6th day ...changed turbo actuator and replace low side ac line been here all day it's now 5:30 pm..THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU DEAL WITH THIS OUTFIT. 6 days and I'm not out of here yet...I have learned my lesson...just hope I can save somebody else some trouble. And remember I'm just the driver, but I have missed a week's work..Oh and got treated to a temper tantrum this morning by the owner ...over a message I left sitting on the side of I 40 for 6 hours trying to get somebody on the phone which I never did ...on a 24 hour service line...not trying to ruin anybodys business just sharing my experience I will never use them again and never give them a reference...
This is a great shop. These guys know what they are doing. They take the time to do the work right. I would definitely come back if I needed work again. They are reasonably on their labor and price.
It took time for the major repairs I needed, but they are nice, helpful and it was reasonably priced!
