I've never, in my not-so-young life, had the inclination to write a review on any service...until now. This is an experience I will always remember. After twenty five years of being married and having a husband who took control of everything financial, I found myself divorcing and without a clue to living independently and with very little credit. Reluctantly, I took a deep breath and visited Greeneville Nissan. I felt like the most inadequate person alive and I was embarrassed to be so stupid about everything. Within a few minutes, I felt as if I had known this group of people all of my life. The District Manager and Skippy were as overjoyed as I was when I was approved for a new Jeep of my own. I was given the honor of working with John Martin, who took the necessary baby steps to make sure I understood everything about my new vehicle, the owners manual, the registration and receiving a license plate. He went over the operations of the "hows and whys" to ensure I felt comfortable with my decision. I've even received a couple of follow-up phone calls to see if I had any concerns and remained happy with my decision. (nobody does that!) And I've also spoken to Chris via telephone for updates. I honestly love these guys and highly recommend them to anyone, whether experienced or not, in purchasing a vehicle. I trust them. I am forever a customer, their biggest fan, and grateful for the long day they spent with me, never mentioning it was past closing time. These are good people.They are my family now.
Came by looking for a Maxima today pretty excited to drive one since this is the car I want. Walked around for 10 minutes looking and not one person came out guess they were not interested in selling today.
If you are going to advertise a vehicle price on the window sticker, you should begin with that price on the sales sheet instead of raising the price just to make a discount look good! Terrible experience...wish they were still Bachman-Bernard. B-B had the utmost respect for people and didn't LIE about prices, rebates, etc.
Come in today to get my oil changed. Never had any problems always great service. The problem is that they move the customer lounge out front. I don't want to set up front it to loud and to busy. Had to stand in the back to wait for my truck to be finish. Probley want be back after this one, If the can't give their customer a place away for the sales people.
Just two more notes about this horrible experience...the management asks you to contact them in regards to the situation, but then they do not answer you nor do they offer any apology for the way their sales staff treated you. Secondly, this is the only time in my life that I have been told "we didn't want to sell you a car anyway" by a member of a sales team. This is completely unprofessional and flat out disrespectful. Again, I would advise anyone to not waste their time with this dealership.
The manager, Brian Scarbrough and salesman, Hunter made an appointment with us to look at a specific car. After we drove an hour to keep our appointment, the salesman told us that it had sold yesterday, but he had others cars he would sell us. We walked out because this morning he made an appointment with us to look at that car, but then said it was sold yesterday. The manager followed us out to stop us and said he would find out. He came back out and said that the salesman didn't tell us it sold yesterday. All 4 of us agreed on what we heard him tell us. Essentially, they lied to lure us to thier dealership. Please be very careful if you choose to deal here.
