Jessica nelson-dykes..I bought a Chevy truck from them almost a full month ago and it's been nothing but trouble.a disaster best describes it.no heat or air,defrost doesn't work.its broke down numerous times.i called them and wasn't aware or told that I was going to get charged for them to come and get it.the radiator was busted,it was suppost to have been fixed and they charged me a large amount.it wasn't fixed...I've had to buy prob 100 bucks worth of antifreeze.not to mention that battery is bad I've had to be jumped so many times I went and bought a battery.ive had to replace the water pump,thermostate,starter,and everything for a tune up.there pretty rude and uncaring on top of it.i will never again get another vehicle from them.my boyfriend and I own a business and we use and depend on our vehicle everyday,it's a work Truck and between it being broke down so often,we have lost so much money made customers unhappy and has costed us getting jobs,not to mention all the money I've had to put into..yet of course they want there payments and always on time..it's be told them the problems and they don't care at all.i gave them one star that's only cause I couldn't give less or I would. .

I bought my Toyota Matrix from here $3500, no problems. I love my car. It was the guys daughters. My family has bought other things from here as my grandpa knows and does some business with this guy, and I know he wouldn't keep going back if they were awful
If u ask me the electronic blue tiboun that is sitting out there right now do not buy it. It's junk I almost got killed in that car they though it was funny because it was missed up the steering rack was bad in it and few other things they said it had to many miles on it to fix so I fixed it then the clutch was going bad and they steering pump it was going to be right at 2000 to fix it again. So I told them to come get and they act like it didn't brother them at all to come get it and they went even give me other car for what I owed on that one I liked to 2000 and something have it paid off but that didn't bother them and bye the way it's sitting on there lot they use to be good people that would help u out and fix what every was wrong but not now so please no one don't go get anything from them
There down payment was ridiculously high. They say you can bring 5 bags of can food and it takes 500 off the price of the vehicle but took corn green beans canned beans juice etc. And the associate acted like he didn't want to take it. Which was fine because they wanted to much on a down payment and I went somewhere else and found a better newer model truck for way better price. And down payment was very reasonable and negotiable.
