Boy brought in a stray that was sick. The receptionist rolled her eyes when the boy turned his back. I understand they are busy and she perhaps was frustrated and busy, but I thought it was quite rude. My pets will be going elsewhere next time.

He has always been able to give clear explanations about what's going on with our fur babies and how he'd like to handle the situation. Their pricing is affordable and they are always willing to squeeze in pets that desperately need help! I am happy to drive 45 minutes to bring my pets to him because I know we'll all receive phenomenal care.
