Although there are practically no shoes whatsoever that anyone would actually wear. The staff was kind. And they didn't make the experience completely miserable.
The employees arent very interested in there job as much as they are playing or talking.

Until my last visit I thought this was the best shoe store in town. However, now that I must find a sales person to actually try on a pair of shoes, I will no longer be shopping here. Nothing like making every customer feel like a criminal instead of actually using technology and staff to prevent loss in your stores. The shoe store in Jonesborough, a sister company to this one, also only gives customers access to one shoe and lost my business several years ago. So sad that the thieves of east TN are ruining this store, and in turn the store is offending paying customers who don't deserve to be treated like criminals.
