Rentals horrible. When you move out they want to charge you for stuff that was already messed up before you moved in. Pay a pet deposit then they don't even recognize it on final bill and then charge outrageously for stuff that your security deposit would fix with no problem. Do not recommend. Do not go here for a rental. Altogether gave them $1800 to move in. Using that I still got a bill for $4000 which is highly uncalled for and bogus.
