Yes, it is a busy post office but the employees are ALWAYS very nice, kind and helpful.
Pay the extra shipping for FedEx or UPS.
This is the absolute WORST post office ever. You call and ask about a package and follow their directions & come down when you are told. After waiting in line for 20 minutes (there is ALWAYS a line) you are told something different & that you wasted your time.
They seriously need to work on their communication skills.
"I spoke with you carrier and they accidentally delivered your package to the wrong house." "The carrier will try to retrieve my package from the wrong house they delivered it to today."
Mr.Bryd hopefully the people are honest and will return it to the carrier. If not the post office as a UNITY will replace my item.
I asked Mr.Bryd to explain what will happen if the carrier is unable to retrieve my package.
This is the worst explample of a Post Office! I had mail missing or never delivered. I never received a reimbursement for the 5 books that were never delivered to my house 7 months ago. Lol The greeneville post office will not take any responsibility for their carriers Negligence! This is not a human Error! It's pure neglect and NEGLIGENCE!
I ordered some children books for the children at church for christmas this year. I looked at my orders this morning. I wanted to know when the expect delivery. One said it was delivered yesterday on December 15, 2016 at 4:20 pm.

Well it was not! I called the Greeneville post office. I spoke to Mr.Bryd (mr.bird)and I must quote him;
