Former Deputy Sheriff and SWAT Operator
Terribly unprofessional, Deputies would rather pretend they are side walk commandos instead of doing their job proffesionally and effectively. Observed one Deputy with nothing identifying him other than his vehicle (more concerned about his tactical attire than the people that needed help). Another Deputy that had a touch of little man syndrome was more worried about lectureing victims of an accident and cursing at minors. NO CRIMES HAD BEEN COMMITED. Upon asking for the Sheriffs name and number Deputy Carr stated GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. Letting people around him know that the Sheriff allows this loose canon conduct by his Deputies. Deputy Carr also thought it necessary to let the victims family know that he was the Sniper on their rag tag Team of misfits. Again this all took place during a accident that involved an individual thay was injured do to a trail collapseing under his UTV. Again NO crime was commites, NO drug use, NO alcohol use, this was simply a freak accident. I myself am former Deputy and a X SWAT Team Operator that was CERTIFIED through Cumberland County SWAT school many years ago and was Advance SWAT Certified 6 month after. These individual are the bad apples that destroy the name of law enforcement for decent men and women. I observed the Deputy repeat that he was not their to make freinds while the family had their father airlifted. Carr also threatened the family with possible citations as well (scare tactic)...They may not be there to make freinds...but it looks like they have a way of pushing the public away and making enemies.
Last night the sheriff's department woke us up at 3am looking for our son whom was in a really bad wreck. Flown to Kingsport but he then escaped from the hospital. If anyone knows Kenneth McIntosh where about please call the police he has lost a lot of blood. And possibly internal injuries. We wanted to thank the officers that came to our home to let us know what happened.....please kenny if you can read this go to the nearest hospital. No matter the cost . You only have one life. Thank you guys. Great job.
I am very disgusted with their Office to say the least. They need to be retrained or fired. I ask myself how do you escalate a non violent situation? You send the inadiquatly trained individuals of the Greene Co Sheriffs Office....disgusting.
If they wanna hurt ppl they need to join the Military and not hide behind their badges.
What good is a sheriffs dept that won't serve the public. I've called them twice in twenty years for legitimate reasons. and they just gave me the runaround. I quess small thing that are against the law are just not important for them. Makes me wonder just exactly where my tax dollars are going.

Looks like LUBOW not only is too old to still be a deputy he is also too dumb to understand the law about photography. Old and stupid LUBOW is a hell of a way to go thru life. Patricia and Maureen are not happy but are glad at 68 you finally are in Miami at 1680 ne ____street. At least we know where stupidity now lives in Miami.
