Wonderful customer service very intuitive!!
In my opinion, BenchMark and the Director of the Greeneville, TN location have lost all credibility.
The Director of this location told me (stating he had spoke with my insurance company) it would cost one thing... then I was billed another.
BenchMark continues to fight me on this and will not stand behind what their Doctor of Physical Therapy did.
The actual Therapy was standard...
