My experience so far as been absolutely horrible. My package was supposed to be delivered on Thursday, and I have yet to receive it. The customer service representatives have been rude and sarcastic, laughing and saying they didn't know when I would receive it. I've called several numbers to try to get answers and complain with nothing being resolved. Very disappointed and will be looking to see the delivery company before I order any more purchases offline.
They were scheduled to arrive to deliver a Babies 'r us item at 1 PM, and didn't arrive until 5 PM, when we weren't home.
