Horrible,I have had to make over 4 trips back n fourth from Morristown to This Greenville Office and the wait time is HORRIBLE.Nothing satisfies them and they won't even offer to print your insurance off your cellphone or look at it and take your information off the phone.I had the policy numner there and all and Number 2 wouldn't tske it.It wasen't up to her standards.I WAISTED MY WHOLE Friday thinking I was doing good and after paying out almost $1,0££.0£ I finally thought I was gonna get my License back.Now I have to go to my home and PRINT OUT MY INSURANCE POLICY because WHO CARRIES A PRINTER N THEIR CAR FOR THIS.She was just YOO LAZY to do this for CUSTOMERS.I will make sure I turn this in to BBB and her name to the DISTRICT MANAGER.Don't go to this office unless u wanna get treated less then human.
My wife and I went in with much trepidation based on our experience with another DMV office. Much to our joy we found the ladies in this office to be personable and proffessional. They made the exerience of getting Tennessee drivers licenses a pleasure. As far as not answering the phone, I personally witnessed the phone being answered on the first or second ring on several occasions.
I've had to go get my drivers licenses back two times in less than a year because the first time they did not tell me I needed insurance instead they just let me get my drivers license back then suspend then then I go back to get them the second time and they put the wrong address on my drivers license by mixing the last two numbers up
Don't bother calling..they don't answer the phone
