I have been doing business with Peake Insurance for many many years with no negative issues or experiences. I have always received excellent customer service from everyone there. Everyone has always been very friendly and very accommodating to any issue or problem that Ive had to contact them for help to get resolved. Peake Insurance is the only insurance company I will ever do business with for that reason.
I contacted David Peake Insurance 1 month ago for a quote on 3 rental properties. They were given all the information about the rentals to give me a quote. Never heard back from them, so 2.5 weeks later called back again. I was told the person was on vacation and would contact me the next week. Still have never heard back. This is terrible customer service and I will not call back again.
