Signed into eBay as guest so couldn't rate my purchase on that site. But wanted to give 5 star rating to Mountain Treasures. My purchase came before est. date and worked perfectly for its purpose. Thank you because it was an unusual part and discontinued one also.
Fair selection of washers and dryers. Decently priced. Need manager there to bargin.
Price and looks of stackable washer dryer was good. We did not have it delivered and when we got it hooked up it was leaking. I called for service and at first there was no problem. Then they declined to help saying it was probably the delivery that caused the problem. It was not that now parts are on order. Do not be fooled into thinking they back their guarantee
Update on my washer/dryer. It is trash. There was a barring worn out in the motor and the gasket is warn out so bad it would take more to fix it than I paid for it.
Stores name is Guaranteed Appliance but do not let the name fool you. We bought a stack-able Whirlpool in January and they had to come get it before the 90 day warranty was up to repair it. Six months later the washer and the dryer is fried. I suppose they saw us coming as we did not check into this business nor did we go in and look around. I believe Gregg called them and paid the 700 plus $$ via his debit card and had it delivered. Yes, that was stupid on our part and something that we have learned from.
