I worked for this company. Was not properly trained. I could not lift and they put me in a group home with lots of lifting. I sprained my wrist and my shoulder and after that they did not like me anymore. They made me sign a paper that stated if I called in and not worked for any reason, that I was saying I quit. After light duty and worker's compensation, they sent me back to the house where I got hurt and I sprained myself again. Stay away from these people, they do not care about their employees.
