Great store clean and neat. People go out of there way to help you. If you can't find what you want they are going to do their best to locate it.
I think I'll always give Lowe's a 4 star rating , this is due to the fact that , they are on the upper end with pricing . The variety or selection of most things can be limited. I can almost always find the same item somewhere else cheaper , but nonetheless Lowe's is a go to place for when you need whatever it is now . To be fair they do have bargains sometimes that are very nice , I have visited Lowe's countless times and I rate it 4 stars
Worst Lowe's I have ever purchased at. After purchasing almost $10,000 in new appliances in last 60 days for our new home I will go elsewhere and pay delivery. 7 week old washer broke, sent idiots to repair, didn't fix it, ran cycle poured water out the bottom of washer, told for 7 days replacement will be delivered tomorrow, no showed 3 times, never put filter in new fridge or turned water on when installed, and when replacement washer was installed installers broke hot water joint flooding my laundry room. Now I have to pay plumber to come out and fix it. It's been a nightmare since the first appliances were delivered. Worst service, worst management, they all need to be fired!
Bought frig., stove , and a microwave. Had to special order frig because of height. Waited and waited for this to come to store. Checked in delivery twice. Fist time we where getting 2 refrigerator, had to go get this straight at store because no one seemed to be able to understand anything over the phone. Frig.finally came in. Order was being delivered on the 28th. Truck got there and microwave was not on truck for delivery. Told drivers to take everything back. They were suppose to haul stove and microwave away, stove had 4 little screws holding it to counter tops. Delivery guy pulled on stove top and almost pulled counter tops loose. Had microwave all this time waiting on special order frig. Then don't have it when they try and deliver rest on appliances.
If you need any assistnance or service don't go here. Nikki is a poor manager that wont honor a coupon.......do i care about their daily records? NO, i mean really and i quote "print it and bring it back" after I've made a purchase to get my refund. It takes forever to drive back & forth anywhere in greeneville. Greeneville needs a home depot!
