My loving boyfriend got me a mani and pedi gift certificate. i finally had a chance to be in greeneville to use it. My friend she went with me to have like a girls afternoon (she is a busy mom and i talked her into going for some no kid time) and hot tea. Lol
We will not be back or buy any gift certificates. I always tip but not this time. Don't waste your time or day!!
I used to be a regular here until the last couple of times. I understand being busy, but when they did a lousy job I still gave them a second chance. But last time I went they claimed I didn't have an appointment (never have and liked that they did walk-In and have sign stating walk-in welcome). But after telling me to come back and then telling me to wait an hour because of customers who came in after they first told me to come back and proceeded to claim people walking in had appointment when those people told me they were walk-ins made me say enough! Poor customer service begins at the door. Now I understand why it's always dead in there! There service was never anything to brag about! I'll travel to Morristown where I get amazing service AND amazing nails! And for less money!!! They don't deserve the star I have to give to submit review!

I sat in the message chair for a couple hours waiting for my pedi. And well the guy done my friends then mine. But the girl who was working there didn't follow the normal routine of people in line.
Just moved to greeneville and went in for a pedicure. One of the best pedicures I have had. They were very thorough and my nails look beautiful. Will definitely go back!
They do such a wonderful job...every single time I go. They are friendly and have great attention to detail. I would highly recommend them ☺
Well needless to say we will not go back!!! It took over 3 1/2 hours for a mani pedi and she just had a pedi!! They were not busy what so ever. Maybe 5 people including my friend and I in the store.
