On July 13 one year ago, our baby was stillborn. We normally use West Town Florist (they made all of the arrangements for her funeral), but I did not realize they closed early the day I needed to place the order. I happened to drive by Flowers by Tammy when looking for an alternative. We arranged for a flat spray of miniature red and yellow roses, and baby's breath. I was quoted $45-55. When I arrived the next day (on our way to our daughter's grave to be with her on the one-year anniversary), I was given a $25 arrangement. Make no mistake--it was a lovely $25 arrangement, for sure. But it was clearly not a $45-55 arrangement and at no point did anyone think to call me to ask if that was okay. Maybe they didn't have enough roses, I don't know. But again, someone should have called me. Instead, I had to take what they gave me because there was no time to reorder from someone else. I will remember to check West Town's hours next time. It was already a miserable day for us, and getting less than what I asked for--and agreed to pay for--just made it worse.
I am a florist and live out of state. I found “Flowers by Tammy” online. I called to inquire about sending flowers and the lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. The flowers were delivered when I asked for them to be delivered, and they looked beautiful. My boyfriend was very happy to receive them!
Today is the second time that I have used "Flowers by Tammy, and I love that I can describe what I'm wanting over the phone, and they set it up perfectly!! They definitely go above & beyond to assist you. Thanks so Much, Ladies I appreciate it.
Tammy and her team are absolutely amazing. The shop is just full of creative ideas and talented designs. I highly recommend Tammy to everyone.
I was a little skeptical reading a couple reviews and being out of state, however, I went with my gut feeling and have to say that they did a GREAT job on a customized birthday gift basket for a family member in Greeneville! Taylor listened to what I wanted and suggested a snack, fruit and candy basket. They even included some of the fruit in a squeeze packet for my Great Nephew! Point is, they listened and were able to deliver and it was really worth the money! The basket was a good size and overflowing with goodies! Fruit was in season and fresh and there was a good variety of snacks and candy, including the ones I requested. Will use them again for sure!
