We've used this office for 9 and a half years, which we mostly lived here except for 2 years in Charleston South Carolina. The staff is friendly and helpful, giving me plenty of opportunity to get paperwork filled out and fitting the kids in as soon as possible. They have taken exceptional care of my children over the years.
I cannot stand going here, but our Dr retired and they were the only ones available. I am never seen when my apt is booked. Its always a good 45 minutes or longer. I was waiting one day and this one cake in hold ing her child and went to the front window. The nurses sitting there were taking amongst themselves and never bothered to address the lady and her child waiting there. It took another nurse to come to the window to assist this lady. The only time I enjoy being there it's when I actually get into a room and soak with the Dr.
They do not answer the phone customer service sucks.
Love love the doctor's, especially Fuller, Perry, and Jones. My kids love the doctors as well. I have been taking them for 16 years. They doctors seem to care and that matters way more that having "time" for idol chit chat. Thank you for what you all do!
The waiting staff are extremely rude. They never acknowledge you waiting to check in/out and seem annoyed that they actually have to do a job that they APPLIED for. Wait time is absolutely horrible. Will give you an appointment and you will be seen 30mins to an hour later and they offer no apologies. Also doesn't feel kid friendly and I feel each child gets treated like a number. Was well pleased with my daughters pediatrician but I will NOT be bringing her back here.
