They were very nice fast and helpful. There is NOT much parking around there, which is a problem for me because I rent for work & have yo leave my personal car there. I did not want to leave it on the side of the road, so my husband had to drop me off and pick me up, which made for a complicated work trip.
The reservation went without any hassle. For our out of state trip, the team surprised us with a free upgrade to a bigger, more comfortable vehicle, which was greatly appreciated. The team was friendly and professional at all times.
